All of Us Fitness is proud to offer the Mind and Motion Empowerment Center for youth ages 9–18 at Rock Island Elementary and other schools across South Florida. This innovative program focuses on improving mental, physical, and social well-being for young people by providing structured support in a safe and engaging environment.
Program Initiatives:
1. Chess for Success Program
• Engages youth in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and patience through chess.
• Builds confidence and enhances academic performance.
• Serves up to 40 students with structured chess lessons and tournaments.
2. Pathways to Potential Mentoring Program
• Offers one-on-one and group mentorship to guide students in overcoming social and mental challenges.
• Focuses on leadership development, self-confidence, and future goal setting.
• Matches mentors with youth to create meaningful, lasting connections.
3. Fit For Life Program
• Promotes physical health through fitness activities tailored to youth needs.
• Encourages teamwork, discipline, and a healthy lifestyle.
• Provides access to equipment and activities that make fitness fun and engaging.
4. Financial Literacy Workshops
• Teaches essential money management skills, such as budgeting, saving, and understanding credit.
• Prepares youth for financial independence and responsibility.
5. Anti-Bullying Awareness and Training
• Provides tools and education to identify, prevent, and address bullying in schools and communities.
• Empowers students to foster a culture of respect and kindness.
Program Goals:
• Promote academic achievement and graduation.
• Increase daily school attendance and participation.
• Reduce behavioral incidents.
• Build leadership skills and opportunities among youth.
The Mind and Motion Empowerment Center operates with a 5-month curriculum, running weekly sessions for 1.5 hours. Programs are accessible after school, during school hours, or on Saturdays, serving 30–50 students per location.
