Mental Health
The Mental Health component of the program aims to increase youth’s competence in responding to and preventing emotional and behavioral health crises. All of us fitness will collaborate with social workers, licensed therapists, and community volunteers to create sustainable support systems for the youth participants. This practice speaks to our initiative to support the whole child development research best practices
Physical Health
Regular physical activity is important for promoting lifelong health and well-being, preventing risk factors for various health conditions, and has brain health benefits for including improved cognition and reduced symptoms of depression.
